Hi sleepy Mama…

I hear your yawns, I see the bags beneath your bloodshot eyes, I can feel the thickness of the brain fog, and I’m here to tell you that you that are fantastic. You are wonderful, strong, resiliant and incredible. Not to mention gorgeous! Sleep deprivation in pregnancy and motherhood is misery. Whatever youre experiencing at the moment, know you are not alone! Here at Sleepymama we  belive in sharing tips and tricks to help get you through. We wont be able to take it away, but we might be able to help a little!

Since I fell pregnant, I’ve been what I call ‘sleep snacking’. Ive been able to find enough sleep to just about get by, but what I wouldnt do for a big fat sleep meal! Sleep deprivation has been at the heart of all our challenges through pregnancy and early parenthood. This blog is my way of sharing tricks, tips, and ideas that we’ve gathered along the way, which I really hope will help you get through the next 5 minutes!
